SSE progression varies from unit to unit, their budget, manager's recomm. Some people are made SSE before 2 yrs and some take longer. But generally in 2.2 - 2.3 yrs ,SSE progression happens by default.

After 3 yrs you can ask your manger to push you for jl4 after 18 months you complete in your current role
