I'm unsure of what to do

I've completed engineering 4 months ago, an ug degree which I didn't like, and I'm unsure of what to do next. Maybe I'm being lazy , i don't know, I get lots of thoughts. I've thought of doing business, or getting a IT job or studying course in tech field, or study fashion something to get into fashion industry. I'm Just confused, people say do what you like, i don't know which to choose or which I like either, can anyone share your thoughts on my situation
