I'm the star performer team member in my project and my lead totally depends on me more than anyone else in my team as i can solve complex things very fast. if i request little more hike if not satisfied with the current, will they agree & increase my salary in HCLTech and my band is E1 with around 3 years experience?
You can discuss/ask anything when giving annual ratings… Mostly the hikes will be based on final ratings…You can check with ur project HR also (usually different than HR showing in MyHcl portal. Once letter released you can’t do anything…If u are really a big value added to the team u can also discuss with manager and leads about the increment and mention that ur are not satisfied at all with the increment may be there is a chance that u will get one more letter by next quarter(again it all depends on ur performance ,ur manager power etc…)
