This December cycle is primarily for - Variable pay only. So expect very very less promotion , and very less - hikes for those who has no promotion according to the latest statements. Variable pay likely to be better than - last year

Because it's a thing at Accenture. You will be evaluated based on the priorities and contributions you have made in the past 6 months or a year. At least they say this. Actually they are giving either 0 or peanuts since last 3 years. Hope this helps

Yes some online calls where they explain these stuffs to people leads.
I'm not sure about the second part of questions. But chances are slim to change vp.
