Trending @Infosys; Im on bench now from last two months, im up skilling to other technology Sap. Does company will take any action or terminate ?

Don't worry for 2 months bench but keep trying to grab a project asap. People here are enjoying bench since 2 yrs.

If you're on the bench for too long, termination is possible. Keep upskilling and network internally to secure a project. Act now.

I have some friends or colleagues of mine who are on bench after the end of the training. they are on bench since 2.3 years.
