I’m on bench and want to resign, what will be the final settlement as I’m on PIP
I’ve heard that if they release you early they pay you 3 months salary but what will happen in my case???
Why u want to resign, if u have any offer in ur hand then go ahead, other wise focus on task assign , perform well ,get out from pip. Outside market is not good. If ur not performing in tcs, how u will servive other companies.
Yes I have on site offer, but tensed about the PIP process and the final settlement

Np is of 3 months right? So will they pay 3 months salary
They won't pay us. In bench you will be released earlier. Me and my frnd are in bench. Both dropped papers. For him NP is 7 to 10 days cause he is in rmg for 6 months and rmg wants to get rid of him from the list due to their pressure. I am bench for 2 months. For me it's month end
Company weasels out of Final settlement these days. Don't count on that
Did you confirmed with someone that they will not pay the notice period settlement??
