Im not getting shortlisted in tier 1 companies in Bangalore

Whats your location? I have seen many Bangalore folks getting more calls but folks in other cities are having hard time getting calls from same company

No company cares about your leetcode solved, drop it from your CV.

Keep applying. It takes time. I got an interview after 3 months of applying.

I have got referral even after that not getting shortlisted
