my question is. i was pushed to PIP and cleared in Jan month. from Jan I'm in new project do I get variable pay in June? pls confirm me otherwise I will change the company for my better

You will variable pay. But, staying back at Accenture just for the variable pay that too after they have pushed into PIP is mindless. If you can shift, just do it and do yourself the favor. Accenture is no more the organisation once its known for. After Julie Sweet became CEO, the employees are suffering very much.
When you come under pip in the upcoming cycle you do not receive varible and might increment too one of my colleagues faces same situation at level 12 i think
No you won’t be getting for June as well as nov.
You won’t get any VP, bonus for an year.
Mostly u did not get variable pay in June. U must get in next cycle only like annual cycle in the month of dec.
