I'm leaving TCS for IBM
Hi all, I'm leaving TCS for IBM and I'm in a dilemma if I'm doing the right thing. I'm really concerned about job security but I'm also a very ambitious person and want to really learn and grow. Tcs is asking for my retention and now I'm in a dilemma. Please suggest your inputs.

If you want to stay in TCS, ask for written mail confirmation from HR. (Not verbal ) . 1. Onsite opportunity 2. 150% hike. .... Or you just leave

Choosing Any company over TCS is always a better choice. So don't hesitate just go for it otherwise you will always be stuck in the comfort zone.

You will get better salary in IBM not much deductions .. u wil see then different their basic pay is good

Thank you!!
Join IBM, the scope to learn is least in TCS

You'll get good Learning at IBM and also there are other perks that will encourage you.
Go-ahead for IBM
