I’m leaving tcs , wanted to know how the earned leave compensation calculated

I have 42 Earned leaves , what could be the pay if my take home is 5000/ day . Is it paid on full amount or only basic pay . Please share if anyone have the idea

Based on basic pay only. (42*basic pay)/22

You should have used EL's when you had time
Go on atleast 1 big trip with friends or family
Try to live a little in next company
