Trending @Wipro; I'm in billable project from last 2 month and got last variable pay in November. What is criteria for variable pay ?

You get variable pay only when you are billable. Variable pay for Jan-Mar was paid in May salary. Apr-Jun will be paid in August salary.

Variable pay workings 1)you need to be in billable for jan,feb,march to get variable pay may 2)Apr,may,June will be paid in aug 3)July,aug,sep will be paid in Nov
4)oct,Nov,Dec will be paid in feb
In order to get variable pay you need to be atleast 45 days billable in that quarter to get variable pay so in 90 days you need to be in billable for 45 days if you are there for 40 days also your total variable pay will be zero
