I work in a startup should I switch to Ltimindtree?

No... Startup : More Learnings ,salary to get- hikes etc.
LTimindtree :
If you are experienced if u don't get a project in 3 months u have served 3 months notice and resign.
If ur fresher training will be given in some location. Don't know which tech stack u will get or u may end up non tech roles and while training there are elimination rounds. If you fail the assessment job gone.
Salary based on experience. In Projects less learning and no growth. They use it in all ways. No proper guidance. No hikes.

Experienced 6+ Year of experience

People can say it is subjective and all that shit, but I have a strong opinion. If you are young and can grind for a few years and take an advantage of that (skills built, 0-1, startup brand, salary hikes) you should! Switch to another startup if you are bored in the current one and are feeling like your growth is stalled
