Trending @Cognizant; I'm in a project with non billable will I get promoted to Associate for Q1, I meet all criteria

Has anyone been terminated till now for not adhering to Cognizant’s RTO policy? I have not been to office for last 2.5 yrs. So what are chances that i will be terminated from the company?

As long you are eligible and meet all criteria, you will get promotion without any billable or non-billable factor.

Check your utilisation percentage, it will meet the criteria means, no issue
