Working 12 hours is not bad as long as you are learning. You have got age on your side. Not everyone will get inflated salaries as their starting ctc, but you will get it someday

But its just been one month and there were times i stayed up till 3 in the morning working! And as much as I've seen there is very minimal growth in the field! Like very minimal!
