I have been an A for the past 2.7 years. I have received IJM mail on this year January, so from January onwards I am eligible. But, when I speak with my manager, he just asks me to wait. I have received multiple client appreciations from the client manager directly. He even spoke on my behalf to CTS folks but nothing till now. Even have got the top rating for the past 3 years. I have lost all hopes now and feel that its not worth to work hard for an organisation who doesn’t value its employees.
Same situation here also 3.8 years in Associate role still not promoted.
Same here clocked 3.8 years as associate and no promotion so have put down paper.. 100% hike elsewhere.. 🎉 so dont wait for these people. Move on after serving 2-3 yrs in one company.
Dont plan for SA here from joining as a PAT , Total experience minimum you would need 6-7 years experience from PAT to SA, ideal time to move out or get an offer and try to Get SA once you complete 4.5 years minimum, Though these thinks happen the percentage you get from A to SA wont satisfy you.
After 2 years as A you would be eligible for SA. But to be promoted to SA many factors should favour you. Your skills, work efficiency, dependency, project requirement...
