Trending @Capgemini; I'm all alone
In my project I'm the only one in Bangalore location, all my teammates (i.e client) are in pune location. I'm all alone, new to the technology and it's really tough. I left the previous company due to the same reason as I was the only one in my base location. It feels terrible to be all alone in a team when they have a good rapport among themselves but not with me. Since I'm new to the technology, it feels really uncomfortable when they sigh and give KT. I'm having a mental breakdown.
You need to toughen up. Politics is all about dealing with isolation and challenges. Embrace the struggle, learn the technology, and prove your worth. Complaining won't get you anywhere.
It's not about complaining..when I have mental breakdown I tend to pour it out in some ways..Being alone in office, staying away from team when they have fun and all other stuff leaving you behind and making you lonely is one of the darkest reality of IT in recent times

You met all kinds of people everywhere.So just try to face them. Learning technology is not a wonder nowadays, you have a lot of channels and AI tools to grasp everything. Connect with people working on the same technology, different people throughout Capgemini. With this you will learn and even feel good doing something creative. Then those people will only come to you seeking help.

You need to move to pune location....its your beginning in the technology, so you have to do what's supposed to be done...once you get a little hold, you can then ask for location change
