I'm a Student, Can someone guide me on CAPM offered by PMI ? (Pros, cons, experiences, alternatives)
For Context- I'm 20M, Comp. Engg Second year, I Think I am good at managing and planning.
Please guide me about the Certified Associate in Project Management offered by the Project Management Institute. There's so less available out there in this.

Please don't get trapped in any PM role or training or certificate. There are more PMs on the job hunting than the demands. You should get more technical certifications and experience. With technical hands on, you will be able to handle more people in a perfect way.

...and trust me, managing people is not tough but being in the race will be tougher.

Feel the skill for project management comes in much later in your career. Not when you're in your early 20s - could be wrong but feels like a manager requirement.

I wanna be a freelance consultant, then ?
