My ocean nomination was approved so soon I'll be giving the ocean certification for SOC and network security.

The term cybersecurity is very vast. What you are learning are anyday good to have skills. To switch domain and get projects you need to have connections with higher-ups. Go to office showcase your skills. I am sure you will get opportunity.

I have talked to my staffing partner about this. He said he'll look into it but I don't think they are interested in giving us a project other than the technology they have trained us in.
