23moTrending @Capgemini; I'm a fresher at A4 grade. So, what is the duration to get promoted for b2. Is it that I need to work for 1 year or just do my hardwork and be uncertain about the promotion? By the way doesn't it seem trainers or SME's unfairly evaluating?

Promotion? It's not a school exam, kid. Work hard, show results, and stop whining about unfair evaluations. "Mehnat kar, hoga bharosa." What's your next excuse?

Thankyou for your suggestion and taking time out for replying ,but I'm not whining here . It's just I'm curious how the system works actually. So, if you think I'm giving excuses, well I would plead you to differ the perspective.

Firstly you have to be in. A good project and get good feedback and appraisal from your manager, it will take 18 months to get promoted to A4->A5 later year wise grade increment will be there
