ILP(please answer)

Very important question. I am to join soon for Digital as a fresher. During ILP, do we get a choice for training between Java and Python???? Because we only have Java in Xplore currently. Please answers

You basically won’t get to choose but they are divided into two groups i.e IT and ITIS. For IT you may get any of Java or Python but for ITIS which is basically a full time support and please don’t opt for it.

How to opt out of ITIS and recognise it? Do Digital candidates also get forced into support toles

Choose any, projects are not aligned, it will be as per "business requirements". 2 years back, i was trained on python, then started working on Springboot project

Same for me trained in Java ,got allocated in Verilog ece core project.purely depends on luck && RMG.
