Ikigai is a Japanese concept that translates to "reason for being." It represents the intersection of four core elements:

What you love (Passion): Activities that bring you joy and fulfillment. What you are good at (Vocation): Skills and talents that you excel in. What the world needs (Mission): Things that contribute to the betterment of society. What you can be paid for (Profession): Work that provides financial stability.
