Hi All

I am trying very badly for a role through IJP but no matter where I apply i am not being considered for the interview. I have never seen a scenario like this In any company I worked. As day by day goes, i am really getting frustrated. What is the reason of not giving candidates a chance when their skill sets don’t match for a role ?

U should try in Accenture operations only. They won't take u in technology or consulting

Didn’t try for tech or consulting but just an automated message comes stating you are not suitable for the profile when my skills actually match.
