If someone who is jl4 has applied for an Internal Job Posting (IJP) and been selected in this quarter, applied for and been selected for an ACON or Digital Specialist bridge program in this quarter, AND their manager has already recommended them for a JL5 promotion in the next quarter, will all of these things happen concurrently?

No. Based on standard employee program policies:

If selected for IJP, the employee must complete their current role responsibilities before transitioning Bridge programs have specific timing requirements that typically can't overlap with other role changes Promotion cycles operate on a fixed quarterly schedule independent of other programs
