If we move from JL 4A to 5B through IJP, what will be the expected salary range for the promotion. Going to new Unit and rating is average but Managers feedback is excellent and so many promises made about hike last time. Assume the current package is around 11.5 LPA

It’s always 12-15% hike on your present CTC for JL jumps, irrespective of how the jump happens. Unless you leave and re-join, then it’s a different story.

12-15% seems too low for promotion. I heard from few that 20-25% and extreme cases 30% like that. Any chance of at least 25% which is decent I believe.

What I said is by the Infy processes. Across 3 promotions, I’ve got a max of 14%.
Same with folks in my team who are here for 10-15 years.
