I have my job confirmed on April 2022, its been 30 months in System Engineer role. Yes i got sub level progressed and designated changed to SSE JL3A in January 2023 but the role is System Engineer. Now while applying in IJP its saying 'RM not met'. Why Role Maturity is not met? I raised an AHD its saying u need to complete 18 months to apply for IJP.
It's not just 18 months in your current role. There is this job description portal, which explains the total role maturity you need to apply for IJP or is eligible for a promotion. After 18 months your manager can nominate you for a promotion, but the hr will not proceed further if you don't meet the required experience mentioned in the jds
I meet all the requirements of IJP's JD. Its just 18 months in the role or i think 18 month in the same account which i will be completing this month.
