Hello folks,

Currently i am a senior systems engineer [JL 3A]. I have applied for the IJP program to become a Technology Analyst [JL 4]

How much of a hike, I can expect here. Considering my current CTC is 4.22 Lpa.

If anyone has any ideas over this pls share your experience and knowledge on the above topic. Any reply is highly Appreciated. 😃
