Trending @Infosys; IJP movement from current project
To get promotion through IJP i need to wait for 6 months so that my RM will satisfy the condition. But, I'm unable to stay in the current project and I want to move immediately. Can I apply through ijp for same band lvl role and wait for 7-8 months and can apply for another ijp with promotion? Current project is horrible and i already spent 5 yrs
For any IJP, minimum 1 year experience in Infosys and 1 rating should be there , for some IJP it will require some tenure to complete . Depending on the skill set some IJP profile you can apply directly , some will require raise an exception approval that require manager approval for some profiles it will directly say RM not met . So for a profile you are not eligible you can check with the stepup team by dropping a mail to them .
