Any vacancy for instructional design profile in Capgemini?
We aren't receiving now... for most BU now you need to have access for Job board and MyMobility.
And to have access, you should be eligible "marked for moving" or "be on bench" or else we cannot.
We have to find out people and ask them for vacancy.
I also want to switch to different role but I am not able to because of same reason.
Oh no... That's sad Why did they do this 😢
I am also looking for the IJP. Does "marked for moving" mean eligibility requires 18 months in the same project? Or do I need to inform my current project manager about getting "marked for moving"? But, some months back, we all got an email that there is no need to inform the current manager for the project change. After getting selected in the new project through IJP, the new project will ask for the release of the employee from the current project.
