I had applied for IJP and given an interview for the same. The manager got back to me saying that I will receive an email confirmation after 2 weeks of interview I got an email that I have been confirmed for the unit change. I mentioned that I need to have a compensation check before taking up the job role before my confirmation. My current manager is saying that she has to release me once I accept it. I haven't accepted it. How do I go about stopping the change I don't know the hike I will be after changing.
