Do we gain any financial benefits from the IJP project changes with the same role across different projects? I volunteered to change to a different project and am fighting to receive the existing year skill tag incentive. Any suggestions here.
I believe if you apply for positions senior to you via ijp, let's say I'm an sse and I'm apply for tech analyst via ijp, ofcourse my CTC will be revised as per TA role as it's a role promotion. If it's progression like SE to SSE, or Associate consultant to senior associate consultant, then we can't expect any financial benefits.
I don't think so you'll get any financial benefits. It's just for changing your project
What will be Our revised CTC for promoting from SSE to TA in IJP?
Btw there's bridge/opportunity tab in ijp ... From that it comes with fin benefits
