Hi , I tried to apply for IJP as My manager is not giving promotion.My previous manager promised in Thin Air in January ,that she will give promotion in April- June quarter,but ramped down the employees in project and I moved to bench.My new manager said it will take time.As per IJP policy, for Q1FY26 employee TPU should be more than 50% ,but my previous manager made me to work in Training period due to 18 months policy of Project, and my TPU reaches more than 50% in Q3 FY 26. I joined in Oct 2022 and working in previous from starting.How some managers are not promoting so that they can pay more. How these managers are not having any mercy towards employees and their financial constraints.Waste managers are handling the team and project.What should I do now.
