This is more as "Internal Joke Posting" rather than "Internal Job Posting".
Next to impossible as A. your manager will not release you B. Getting IJP depends on the opposite side manager being extremely eager to take you.
If you are eligible for Bridge Program do that, don't break your sweat on IJP.
One way is complete your project and get released to bench. Then only you can apply to your desired IJP and of course the hiring manager should feel your skills are good fit.
