When IJP status is pending with the releasing TPD, Does it triggers an email to reporting manager for his approval immediately?

No, TPD automatic approval comes in a day or two, post that your manager has to mandatorily approve the transfer. He/She can extend the release date based on dependency from 60 days to 90 Days.
