Hi Guys, I have joined Infosys in July 2024 when will I be eligible to apply for an IJP please provide your inputs as I need to get out of present project which is kind of completely a support project and there is no opportunities for learning new things.

Inputs are much appreciated 🙏🙏🙏

You won't be eligible until you meet the role maturity criteria which I believe is 18 months in your current project. Also, since you mentioned that you joined Infosys in July 2024, you might still be on probation period thus being not eligible for any IJPs.

Not until you've completed 1.5 yrs in your current project

Almost all projects are support projects here. The story wont change even if you move from current project. Only option is to look outside.
