Hi All.

After deep reflection and a lot of strength, I’ve decided to explore internal opportunities (IJP) within Capgemini. Due to ongoing challenges involving mental harassment, discrimination, and unprofessional behavior in my current role, I strongly feel the need to move to a healthier and more respectful work environment.

I am committed to staying within the Capgemini family and would prefer to continue working from the Kolkata/CG location. I’m also open to exploring roles in different domains where I can utilize my skills, grow professionally, and contribute meaningfully.

If you’re aware of any suitable internal openings or can guide me in the right direction, I would be truly grateful.
