IIT Delhi - Data Sciencea and AI / IISc - Advanced Deep Learning
I'd submitted my contact details in Times pro website for Data Science and Deep Learning. Later, my friends and colleagues told that it wouldn't be much useful and I also felt it's too expensive for the courses they are offering.
I'm interested in Data Science and I've enough free resources. Not yet tried for jobs.
But this person from Timespro keeps pushing me to take up this course saying it will be very valuable for your career growth and you will get lot of network from IIT.
I know just because IIT and IISc is offering courses, lot of people will blindly enroll. But I don't want be a black sheep and fall. Also, somewhere I feel that it would help me grow and let me dilemma.
Anyone who has done this course and got any drastic career growth or atleast a better job. If you haven't done this course, have you thought about it or do you have any advice whether it's worth it?

One of my collegue directly taking wilp program bY IISC. It can add value add to the current CV and career progression but cannot guarantee to get job if you do that. Dont opt for 3rd party institutes like upgrad, teamspro

NPTEL has almost all of the courses for free. If you want certificate then you can appear for exam as well for nominal fees.
Evaluate the course's ROI carefully. If free resources suffice, prioritize self-study and projects. Timespro's IIT tag may help networking, but isn’t guaranteed career growth. Seek alumni feedback and weigh alternatives like online certifications or focused skill-building.

I won't be a part of Alumni as it's an online course. I would get 1 physical meet-up after the course completion, I won't get a strong network. But I can just put it on my LinkedIn profile or resume which I'm not sure will add any value.
You can try NPTEL, they offer courses by IIT s
