I've been seeing a lot of Online Certifications / Courses, from IITs and IIMs, 12 months - 18 months long, fee in Lacs, etc etc. Are they really worth it? As someone who's stepping into Leadership and Management role, will it be a good decision to spend a good amount on any of such courses?
If someone has gone through these courses and made something out of it, please respond, will be really helpful.
