Trending @Infosys; IHD raise for role progression

Can anyone please tell how to raise an IHD for role progression from SSE to TA because I have 4 years of experience and I got SSE 2 years back and also I have DQ score above 60 So I passes all eligibility cricteria

You don't have to raise any IHD for role progression, you have to talk with your manager and request him to nominate your name for TA promotion. If your manager nominate your name, after that it all depends on DM and higher management. But if your manager wants then he can do it quickly. So in simple terms "you have to knock the manager's door everyday" for promotion.
