If you're in Bengaluru / Bangalore and someone offers you to join TCS for a Google project, please say no. It's a shithole. Stay safe.
Why? What happened?
Because it's a scam. They tell you it's a Google project based on-site / client location however they don't explicitly mention that it's an office only for vendors and you don't share it with Google employees, they'll tell you that you'd get free food but the quality is sub-standard. Management does whatever they feel like, suggestions are never entertained.
They say that TCS has made it mandatory for WFO however they'll give WFH randomly to selected employees to save shrinkage. Getting approved leaves is a challenge, in most of the cases, they'll ask you to do swap (work on your week-offs). You'll be asked to work for 15 days at a stretch. HR won't object to this and neither will the upper management as it's a revenue generating process but the revenue is generated via malpractices.
