If Your Name is in the Fluidity list. Read this post.
Someone I know, his name popped up in this list, was C3A. Was told him to find a project in 15 days. He managed to find the project, got the ISU head approval as well. "But" when the PMO tried to allocate him in the project, the name was not coming. When checked with HR, they say why are you allocating him, his name is in the Fluidity list.
Moral !?! AI ready?? Not future ready, is just an excuse. If they want you out, you will be out.
Whosoever name is there please start looking outside, as there is "No chance" or 0.01% chance of getting allocated in any project.

I have seen people whose name came in fluidity list after HR meeting he is still in the project. So if you are allocated and maintaining WFO policies then you will be safe

Yes Me too.. fluidity list does not mean fireβ¦

This is about sudden reduction in allocation where PMO/SDM/Program manager are not even aware. And PMO can't even extend allocation, system throws allocation error saying "Please contact Regional RMG Head ". This was never observed by PMO earlier. This is not general fluidity list. If your allocation isn't reduced and yout PMO is aware of your release and can extend allocation without any issues, you are good.

Rmg directly told me to look outside, I got evaluation cleared and confirmation from rmg and respective project also but ISU head approval ia now required for c3 and above which is making hurdle so RMG told to look outside

As they don't want you to waste your time by looking for a project inside the company, even if you get selected you won't get allocated

What is fluidity list

The Iist which pasted to the manager to reduce the allocation of anyone they feel not to keep in TCS anymore and manager cannot even argue over it no matter he is the most important guy in the project. How the name gets pop-up No one has any idea.

Always allocated to project and my wfo index is 100 percentage but I got my first appraisal band is C

See that's what they do to Junior associates. In the bell curve (they say on paper that we don't follow) but actually they follow so only one will get A, few will get B Jr will surely get C no matter what. Sometimes it might be applicable but majority time it is π π π
