If your company's source code looks like it was written by ten different interns over five years... just stop trying to fix it. Honestly no one in leadership cares about your clean code or tech debt as long as the feature ships and the app doesn't crash on demo day. We burn our weekends trying to refactor legacy spaghetti while product managers keep pushing new Jiras down our throats.
