Please suggest some cool hacks to bypass the ATS software. I am facing issues with short listing because people spam-apply on job profile they aren’t even interested in.

I want to know on what basis are you guys shorting your candidates for college summer interns, because I see the most random person getting selected and leaving out the good ones Also it's a no hope game for me, mine cgpa is less than 7
