
If you were TCS india CEO for one day, what would you change?


1-BLACKLIST the CEO and remove the inconsistent policies and provide transperancy between Management/HR/Employee. 2-Provide 2weeks fixed holiday to all every 6month(over and above the current inconsistent holidays) 3-Make transportation available to every corner of India 4-WFH mandate for 6months for all to be used within the FY via approvals. 5-Insurance medical free for your entire family including mother/father(afterall they gave birth to you to join TCS, they deserve it from the company of employee) 6-No monitoring of work hrs or swipes of employee if he is fullfilling the project requirements of productivity/delivery/quality as defined.

I will make WFO policy change as an employee can work from anywhere

First i will provide 100 percent hike to loyal employees. Then fire the complete HR department. Change the working policy to hydbrid and expection approval structure only manager approval is ok too go. Pay people as per their shift.

I will immediately fire the CEO and CHRO within the first 5 minutes.

Wfo policy removal

I would remove the policy of not allowing associates to not to go out after 9 PM for siruseri branch. The interesting thing to note is that this policy is applicable for siruseri associates and not in other branches of chennai or other states. Its inconsistent now a days.

Bruh take Shollinganalur branch they shoo us away after 8pm.Also the transit facilities are poor

Make a policy to move delivery partners every 2 years as they self creating a very comfort zone and bureaucracy
