If you were looking to switch as someone who's in the same shoes as me, what would you do?
Hi Everyone,
My current CTC as an Angular Lead is 11.65LPA in a WITCH company.
I have a total experience of 5 years all in Angular only, in the same company.
I have had an excellent growth, where I currently earn close to 250% more than what I started with, in the same company.
However, I want to grow slightly faster, especially in terms of the responsibilities and pay.
What should be the least amount of pay for which I can leave my current company?
I have a lot of influence within my current company where I get to work on critical research tasks that have a relatively lower real-world use case to copy from that are enabling me to upskill and learn at a relatively faster pace for the service based company standard.
While I enjoy working in my team, I have been pushed too deep into my comfort zone and am looking to forcefully push myself out of it by switching. Hence, I am confused, but I don't want to switch for way too little because my current company is going to aggressively try and retain me owing to the critical nature of my role in my current project.
Please help out with this confusion.
Also, how is Angular currently positioned in the market as a frontend framework?
