Remove unnecessary billing for the so called “Accenture leadership” guys from project, and rather pay good for skilled resources, why so many leadership roles?

Beat me to it. Esp. folks whose entire contribution to the project is to ask "How is the project going" once a week.

😂 Also, they are not bold enough to say no to any additional client requests. We have to manage with the existing staffing plan, which is horrible. Up to the Senior Manager level, it’s a pitiable situation. Above them, all are useless for the company. We do the work, explain it to leadership, and they pass it off to their leaders as if it was their guidance that created value.

Minimize leadership and manager roles. No use of them to the project and Company.

Unnecessary inclusion programs (LGBTQ), but keep good programs like disability & mental health.

Removal of sidekicks or chamchagiri policy within Accenture. If a person is done doing so is given some warning by a team "Chamchagiri Monitoring Team" and on the fourth warning simply fired.
