It's all online ads only. To announce your brand in Tier2 and 3, you might want to consider additional investment in full spread in a local vernacular newspaper. Tier 2 and 3 still have strong newspaper reading habits. Let me know if you are planning something, I can try and help. Newspaper ads are expensive.
