If you Manifest, it’s Possible!!

Just give 2 mins reading this… its all about us TCSers

I have 5.2 yrs exp and joined fresher in TCS, got all A bands, digital and ITA promotion just in 3.5 yrs. my CTC is around 4 times whqt we join as ninja fresher.

I always feared for switch as this is my comfort place, getting good hikes n all, and always thought that I would switch after complete preparation.

PREPARATION NEVER COMPLETES.

then one of my friend resigned on may, he told me on august few days back his LWD, and I was shocked.

I thought no matter what I’ll switch, with 0 prep, i started preparation and in just 1 month I got an offer.

I resigned, on end of September. And since then keep giving interviews just to kill that demon inside me who always made me fear of interviews.

As of today, I have 7 offers, few are coming in next week, so overall 10+ offers, and best offer flying around 27+ LPA.

And last week of Dec will be my LWD in TCS.

Only thing I learnt is, if you manifest, you will do it.

And, TCS is surely keeping you away from your dreams. So get of this organisation if you really want a growth in your career.

But your previous experience might be good. You are a danta engineer. But most people in tcs who aren't able to switch are working in support roles

Right, I worked on Hadoop, on-premises data engineering platform.

But in industry every one has switched to cloud, and I prepare for cloud data engg which is totally a different world.

I presented myself as Azure Data Engineer with 5.2 yrs exp, which bring a lot of expectations from recruiter side and asked me so many questions on it.

It is similar to like the thing i never saw, never worked on, but saying I have 5+ yrs exp.

If you are telling lie, and you can prove it, it becomes truth.

Even you can say I am data engineer or data scientist, if you can give answers to all their questions.

Thats why it was a manifest for me, which turned truth coz I was pretty damn sure ki mujhe switch krna hai jaise ho waise

Bro you’ll get WFH in other companies as well, the best offer I got i.e. 27LPA+ is permanent WFH. TCS particularly is ruining your time here. You’ll understand once you’ll resign

How did you navigate the 90 day notice period? Did you tell the recruiters about it?

Bro how did you managed 90 days notice period? I am also trying to switch but more than 50% don't even consider for interview if I say 90 days no.. and If I say i am already serving then the ask for proof... And all companies are looking for max 30-45 day np period wala person

You can get offer from tcs-alike companies, like accenture, wipro, infy, capg… etc, they will wait for 90 days. Even a big-4 waited for me 90 days, and then in your notice period you can get better offers
