Make sure to review things to avoid any possible future escalations, connect with individuals and give them clear idea about company policies so if they have higher expectations then they can look somewhere else, no false motivations or commitments to stay in the project.

Shoot myself because Being in meetings from 7am to 2pm then be on a flight and then again have meetings from 6pm to 9pm for like 5 different workstreams sounds stressful.
