Trending @Infosys; If you are on project is it possible that Infosys will give an early release?

Actually I am from mechanical and I want to switch to mechanical back I received one job but they are asking me to join immediately like that
Here there is no dependency on me so is there any chance still HR interview is pending core companies will not wait they need immediate joining.
