Interview - I don't care if they are laid off. But but but, I can't give an average candidate with 1yoe 20 lpa. You were laid off because your company went bankrupt. Understand that too as a candidate.

It depends on whether it’s an HR interview or a tech interview. I have been on tech interview panel many times & I neither undermine a candidate’s ability for the reason he’s being laid off, nor I premeditate the skills of a candidate that boasts a multitude of certificates “XYZ certified developer, etc”.

Definitely not, we have been recently interviewing a lot of laid off candidates and we do not consider them as bad at all.
